In the PRZED CHWILĄ model, the body is not a symptom of stress. It is the first level of regulatory organisation. The Dynamic Regulatory Support Point (DPPR) can localise in the body as a way of temporarily stabilising the system. Tension is not an error — it is a regulatory function.
The choice of area is not random
The nervous system does not react randomly. DPPR localises where the body has the fastest access to tension control. Most often these are areas connected with posture, breathing, axial tension, trunk stabilisation structures, and movement patterns.
Establishing a regulatory pattern
If a given area repeatedly takes over the support function, the system begins to treat it as the default stabilisation method. A pattern emerges — not as a conscious decision, but as energy optimisation. The body chooses what works fastest.
Adaptation and normalisation of tension
Long-term maintenance of DPPR in the body leads to adaptation. Tension stops being perceived as something distinct and becomes the background of functioning. This is not a psychological problem — it is a regulatory reorganisation of the nervous system.
