Product license
Purchasing the "Przed chwilą" product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials. The legally binding version is the Polish version available at /license.

1. Scope of the license
The license is granted exclusively to one person (the end user).
The license is tied to an individual user account on the platform and may not be shared with others.
Sharing the login and password with third parties is prohibited.
2. Permitted use
The User has the right to:
- use the materials for personal purposes
- play the materials at any time within the access period
- work with the materials for educational purposes
- use the materials solely for personal and educational use
3. Prohibitions
The following is prohibited:
- sharing the materials with third parties
- publishing the materials on the internet
- recording and distributing the content
- reselling the materials
- using the materials for commercial purposes without the author’s consent
- using the materials to run trainings, workshops, consultations or other commercial services without the author’s consent
- creating products or materials based on the course and further distributing them
- copying the structure of the course, modules, exercises or fragments of the materials for commercial purposes
4. User identification
The materials may contain individual user markings (e.g. a license number or account identifier).
In the event of a breach of the rules, the source of the disclosure may be identified.
5. Breach of the license
In the event of a breach of the license terms, the Administrator may:
- block access to the product or the user account
- terminate the contract for the provision of services by electronic means
- pursue claims related to the infringement of copyright or the provisions of the license
A breach of the license may be treated as a copyright infringement.
6. Copyright
All materials are the property of the author and are protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using the materials without the author’s consent is prohibited.
7. Access to the product
Access to the product is granted after the contract has been effectively concluded and the order has been paid.
The duration of access to the materials is specified in the product description or the shop terms.
8. Final provisions
The license remains in force for the period of access to the product indicated in the offer or the shop terms, unless the license terms are breached.
The license supplements the Shop Terms and the Platform Terms.
In the event of a conflict, the provisions of generally applicable law and the provisions of the terms shall apply.
In matters not covered, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
