Is this therapy or psychological help?
No. PRZED CHWILĄ is not therapy, psychotherapy, a healthcare service, or psychological help. The project is solely educational and informational in nature.
Does the project replace contact with a doctor or psychologist?
No. The materials do not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic consultation.
What is included?
Depending on the chosen level: video recordings, PDF materials, observational exercises, and educational materials about everyday reactions and mechanisms of action.
How long do I have access?
Access to the materials is granted for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase.
Can I download the materials?
Some materials may be available for download, while others are accessible only online via the WebToLearn platform.
Can I share my account with others?
No. Access is intended solely for the User's personal use.
Can I copy or publish the materials?
No. The materials are protected by copyright and licensed for personal use only.
Can I withdraw from the contract after purchase?
Due to the nature of digital content delivered online, after consenting to the start of performance before the withdrawal deadline and after delivery of digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Detailed information can be found in the Terms of Service.
Do I need specialized equipment?
No. All you need is a computer, tablet, or phone, internet access, and an up-to-date web browser.
Is this a scientific or medical course?
No. The project is a proprietary educational and observational material.
What does support look like?
Support covers only technical, organizational, and purchase- or access-related matters. The project does not provide individual consultations regarding mental or physical health.
Can I use the materials in my own professional work?
Only for personal educational use. Using the materials to run your own trainings, courses, or commercial activities requires separate consent from the Organizer.
Health-related data
The website and digital content available within the „PRZED CHWILĄ" project are educational and reflective in nature. The Administrator does not require users to provide data concerning their physical or mental health, in particular information regarding symptoms, diagnoses, treatment, therapy, health history, or emotional state. Users are asked not to send such information through contact forms, e-mail messages, or support channels. User support is limited to technical, organizational, and platform- and order-related matters.
Support and contact with the user
The support provided by the Administrator covers only technical, organizational, and operational matters concerning the platform, access to digital content, payments, complaints, and order fulfillment. The Administrator does not provide psychological, therapeutic, medical, or diagnostic services as part of support or user contact.
