Ambassador program terms
These terms outline the rules of participation in the "Przed chwilą" ambassador program.

§1 General provisions
The ambassador program is organized by Jacek Czekaj, conducting business under the name Glamour Jacek Czekaj, with registered office at ul. Jana Pawła 2/46, 66-100 Sulechów, Poland (hereinafter: "the Organizer").
The program is intended for individuals who have purchased the "Przed chwilą" product and wish to actively participate in promoting the model.
Participation in the program is voluntary and does not constitute an employment or civil-law contract relationship.
By joining the program, the participant accepts these terms in full.
§2 Practitioner
The Practitioner level is the entry level of the ambassador program.
To become a Practitioner, the participant must:
- Complete the initial survey about their experience with the "Przed chwilą" model.
- Actively use the materials in daily life or professional practice.
- Receive a unique ambassador code for sharing with others.
The ambassador code allows the Organizer to track referrals and attribute sales to the respective Practitioner.
§3 Ambassador
The Ambassador level is achieved by actively recommending the "Przed chwilą" product using the assigned ambassador code.
An Ambassador is entitled to the following benefits:
- 100 PLN commission for each product sold directly through their ambassador code.
Commissions are settled on a monthly basis. The Organizer will specify the payment method and schedule upon joining the program.
The Ambassador is required to present the product honestly and in accordance with its actual nature — overstatement, manipulation, or misleading information is prohibited.
§4 Community Leader
The Community Leader level is achieved after generating 10 product sales through the ambassador code.
In addition to the Ambassador-level benefits, a Community Leader receives:
- Access to additional educational materials prepared exclusively for Community Leaders.
- Ready-made promotional graphics and materials for use in their own communication channels.
- Direct support from the Organizer — priority consultations and answers to questions.
The Community Leader serves as a role model for the ambassador community and is expected to maintain a high standard of conduct.
§5 Application

Applications are reviewed individually. The Organizer reserves the right to decline an application without stating a reason.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms. Participants will be notified of changes by email.
For matters not covered by these terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
